Refund Policy

1. No refund claim can be made from customer before period of six months of vehicle payment. After six months, if vehicle is not procured, and customer doesn’t want to wait further, customer can email at info@aliinternationalautos.com for refund request. Company will evaluate the request, and will make the refund after deducting transfer charges.
    
   Any refund request before six months’ time period will not be entertained. In case , if customer submits the claim directly through bank, before six months of payment, it will not be entertained.
    
2. After procurement of vehicle, no refund claim will be entertained.
